Brand new import API that allows to use functions to shape the import files, new option to import external dataframes The filter tools was completely re-worked. The summarize scans was completely reworked and allows now the use of chirp correction, of using a ta object to be passed into to use the same shaping options and most importantly it has a bunch of automatic filters that either filter out scans or single time points or single data points. the filter can either replace or remove these points from the average I also added a workflowtools deployment function that can be called and downloads the notebooks and example data. plus a number of bug fixes and updates to the notebooks
