These are operational inputs for the scripted running of EMEP for the Britain Breathing project. They are designed to be used as inputs for the tools available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3997300. To complete the inputs you will need the standard EMEP input files, available from: https://github.com/metno/emep-ctm. You will also the formatted NAEI UK emission files: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3997164. These scripts are designed for the CSF compute facility at University of Manchester. While the model configuration files are universally applicable, the batch scripts will need adapting for your local HPC facility. The model requirements are: EMEP Code: https://github.com/UoMResearchIT/emep-ctm.git Based on rv4.33 (201906) of the EMEP model Use branch ‘source_UoM_CSF3_gfortran’ WRF Code: https://github.com/UoMResearchIT/WRF.git Copy of v4.1.3 of standard WRF release WPS Code: https://github.com/UoMResearchIT/WPS.git Based on v4.1 of standard WPS release Contains extra Variable Tables for separated ECMWF 3D and surface data files.
