MAE-based atrial fibrillation prediction

Abstract

Self-supervised masked autoencoder (MAE) pre-training on ECG signals, followed by downstream fine-tuning for atrial fibrillation (AF) prediction, with statistical evaluation utilities (AUROC with DeLong CIs, subgroup tests, time-to-event analysis).
