Initial release accompanying the manuscript "Automated parameter estimation for camera trap density models using computer vision-enhanced distance sampling" (McMurry et al., in review at Ecological Monographs). Includes the R pipeline for movement speed, activity, staying time, and effective detection distance estimation; the joint multi-species hierarchical EDD model (NIMBLE); quality filtering; and density estimation.
