
SMR v0.1-genesis is the first signed foundation release of the Space Machine Registry. This release establishes the minimum non-territorial machine-native registry and proof stack:- charter- non-territorial status note- registry schemas- genesis registry records- genesis receipts- detached SSH signatures for genesis receipts- restricted internal credit ledger- reference node stub- receipt verifier- repository audit CLI- proof manifests Integrity properties:- detached SSH signatures are materialized for genesis receipts- maintainer public key is published- proof hash manifest is included- strict repository audit passes locally This release is intentionally minimal. It does not claim territorial sovereignty, issue public tokens, authorize physical operations, or replace regulators.
