Universal Stasis Theory (UST): A Unified Equilibrium-Based Framework for Galactic Dynamics, Cosmology, and Modified Structure Formation

Abstract

The Universal Cosmic Time Field Theory (UCTFT) proposes that time is a fundamental dynamical scalar field rather than a passive background parameter. Within this framework, spacetime, matter, and gravity emerge as nonlinear excitations of the field. The theory is constructed using a Lagrangian formulation, Euler–Lagrange field equations, Noether symmetries, and an emergent metric structure. A quantum extension of the model is introduced via operator quantization of the temporal field. The framework further proposes experimentally testable deviations from General Relativity, including corrections to atomic clock rates and effective variations in physical constants.
