
AutoStats Pro is a web-based automated biostatistical analysis platform designed for life science researchers. Without requiring programming skills or advanced statistical knowledge, AutoStats Pro automatically detects data structure, selects the appropriate statistical test, and generates a professional exportable PDF report with conclusions in both scientific and plain language. The platform includes six analysis modules: statistical tests (with automatic parametricity detection, effect size calculation and post-hoc analysis), correlation and regression, multivariate analysis (PCA and clustering), survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier, log-rank and Cox regression), omics analysis (volcano plot, FDR correction, MA plot and heatmap), and an exportable PDF report module. AutoStats Pro is aimed at researchers, PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and research groups in biomedicine, neuroscience, genomics, pharmacology and related fields who require rigorous statistical analysis without the associated technical barrier.
