An interactive, browser-based business simulation that teaches R&D portfolio management through experiential learning. Players take the role of Head of R&D at the fictional ShieldTech India, design a project-selection process, build and actively manage a portfolio of innovation projects across two years under genuine uncertainty, and receive a scorecard that judges the quality of their decisions and process rather than luck alone. Designed for business-school teaching at Masters, MBA, undergraduate and executive-education levels. A single self-contained HTML file; no installation required.
Development assistance from Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-5 (OpenAI). Illustrative images and some project data were generated with Gemini (Google).
