In Basu (2015; Optics Letters), we proposed a simple approach for the estimation of Cn2. The methodology is implemented in ThorpeCT2.m file. Several Cn2-related statistics (e.g., Fried number, isoplanatic angle) can be computed by using StatisticsCn2.m. In addition, several simple Cn2 models are included in ClimatologicalCn2.m file.
