
An Excel-driven Shiny dashboard for research funding advisory. It operationalizes a three-layer advisory model (roles, information tools, funding landscape) and supports interactive exploration of funding lines via selectable metrics, strategic tags, and hover tooltips. The Excel workbook acts as a portable data contract that allows institutions to adapt content without code changes.
