Abstract

PecubeGUI-beta is a newly developed user interface for Pecube that includes grain-specific kinetic parameters, additional diffusion model for apatite and zircon (U-Th)/He thermochronometry, and additional annealing models for apatite fission tracks. The interface is designed to help the users to check their input parameters before running a Pecube model, as well as to plot their results in a simple way.
