This interactive Shiny app allows students and educators to explore enzyme kinetics using common linear and non-linear models. Users can input their own experimental data or modify built-in examples to fit kinetic curves and calculate parameters like Vmax and Km. The app supports multiple visualisations including: Michaelis–Menten plots Lineweaver–Burke plots Hanes–Woolf plots Eadie–Hofstee plots The tool is designed for teaching in biochemistry, pharmacology and biomedical science programs and helps reinforce core concepts of enzyme behaviour under varying substrate concentrations. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
