Neuropythy is a Python library by Noah C. Benson designed to provide an analysis-friendly interface to a variety of neuro-imaging data, with an emphasis on structural analysis and integration with FreeSurfer. The library itself contains all the tools and algorithms required to perform Bayesian inference on the measured retinotopic maps of FreeSurfer subject.
