
The study examined the impact of humanistic management practices, and transformational leadership on the employees' grit. Literature was reviewed to deepen the concept of the study. The study used assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study are the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. The data are gathered through validated research questionnaires and to analyze the data, weighted mean and Pearson r correlation were used. The study found that humanistic management practices are moderate, whereas transformational leadership style and grit are high. Concerning the correlation, the Pearson r correlation suggests no correlation between humanistic management practices and employees' grit but a significant correlation between transformational leadership style and employees' grit. The study recognizes its limitations because of the limited variables and population included in the study. Therefore, it recommends another study to include more variables to measure their effect on employees' grit.
