This dataset presents the publication of academic papers in American Geophysical Union (AGU)* Journals at Tsinghua University in 2012-2022, and conducts a statistical analysis of the publication of academic papers from the perspectives of the distribution of faculty sources, Open Access (OA) types, and repositories. The statistical analysis provides supports for the investigation of OA publishing behavior in the context of Open Science and the formulation of OA transformation policies. *Note: AGU is a non-profit organization composed of Earth, Atmospheric, Oceanic, Hydrologic, Space and Planetary scientists and enthusiasts. As a scholarly publisher, there are currently 14 subscription Journals and 12 Open Access (OA) Journals, and Science DB is included and certified by AGU as its recommended general repository.
