Buone pratiche: integrazione della politica climatica a livello subnazionale in Italia e in Austria

Abstract

Nel quadro del progetto di ricerca “L’integrazione del cambiamento climatico nella governance multilivello di Italia e Austria: processi decisionali e implementazione in politiche subnazionali selezionate” (Research Südtirol/Alto Adige 2019), finanziato dalla Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano, il presente documento intende illustrare una raccolta di buone pratiche, ovvero un elenco non esaustivo di esempi inerenti le modalità con cui i governi subnazionali presi in esame, più precisamente le Province Autonome di Trento e Bolzano e i Länder austriaci Vorarlberg e Tirolo, sono riusciti nell’intento di integrare le questioni del cambiamento climatico nelle politiche, nei progetti e nelle iniziative locali e substatali. Le pratiche riguardano settori di policy selezionati, ovvero i trasporti, l’energia e le risorse idriche, e la pianificazione territoriale, così come settori di policy trasversali quali la tutela del clima, la salvaguardia dell’ambiente e la sostenibilità.
