INFLUENCIA DE LA REFLEXIÓN CRÍTICA EN LA MEJORA DEL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE EN LA EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA EN EL DISTRITO DE ICA, 2019

Abstract

El presente artículo es el resultado de una investigación cuyo objetivo principal es, conocer en qué medida, la reflexión crítica podía influir en la mejora del desempeño docente, considerando que el desempeño docente es uno de los factores determinantes para el logro de aprendizajes en los estudiantes, lo que refiere que la reflexión crítica es un proceso permanente y sistemático de análisis y valoración de la práctica pedagógica, que impactan en la mejora de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes y en el desempeño de los propios docentes, se hacía necesario sustentar la importancia del fortalecimiento de las competencias reflexivas en los docentes para que logren autonomía y responsabilidad en la mejora continua de su práctica pedagógica. Esta investigación cuasi experimental, se inició observando a 441 docentes del nivel primaria, seleccionando a 100 docentes para el grupo experimental y 31 para el grupo de control, asimismo se utilizaron técnicas de observación, de test, y de fichaje. Se concluyó en esta investigación que los docentes del grupo experimental, con quienes se promovió la práctica reflexiva asumieron de manera más consciente y autónoma la responsabilidad de la mejora de su práctica pedagógica, demostrando la mejora en su desempeño de manera sostenida.
