ُتعـد الوثيقـة الماثلـة جـز ًءا مـن مجموعـة أدوات اليونسـكو للعلـم المفتـوح، ال ُمصممـة خصي ًصـا لدعـم تنفيـذ توصيـة اليونسـكو بشـأن العلـم المفتـوح. جـرى إعدادهـا بالشـراكة مـع رابطـة النشـر العلمـي حـر الإطـاع (OASPA) وهـي مجموعـة متنوعـة مـن المنظمــات العاملــة فــي مجــال المنــح الدراســية المفتوحــة. يتمحــور هدفهــا حــول تقديــم مســاعدة عمليــة لمجتمــع النشــر القائـم علـى مفهـوم الإطـاع الحـر للإلمـام بالتوصيـة إلما ًمـا تا ًمـا مـن خـال تسـليط الضـوء علـى المجـالات التـي تنطبـق علـى ناشـري الإطـاع الحـر الراغبـون فـي دعـم تنفيذهـا. This document is part of the UNESCO Open Science Toolkit, designed to support implementation of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science. It has been produced in partnership with the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), a diverse community of organizations engaged in open scholarship. The aim is to provide practical assistance to the open access publishing community to better understand the Recommendation by highlighting the areas that apply to open access publishers who wish to support its implementation. This publication is available in multiple languages under Open Access under the Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 IGO (CC-BY-SA 3.0 IGO) license.
