The 21st century has witnessed tremendous growth in online shopping, but it doesn’t mean that customers have switched completely from offline to online shopping. Both ways of shopping have their own merits & demerits. The objective of this paper is to study the problems faced by consumers during online & offline shopping. Result showed that in offline shopping Poor Replacement procedure was the major problem faced by customers followed by Insufficient Description. In online shopping Hidden Terms & Conditions was the major problem faced by customers followed by Insufficient Description.
