Abstract

La semana pasada , un juez federal liberó a Sergio Kurt Schmidt Sandoval, un individuo bastante conocido entre la elite jalisciense y al que la Procuraduría General de la República vinculó al Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación cuando fue detenido el verano pasado. Hoy, vamos a ver el contexto de este caso y algunos problemas para procesar a individuos como Schmidt.
