An Unusual Case Of Hepatitis- A Case Report

Abstract

A combination of Antiretroviral therapy is now the mainstay of treating HIV infected individuals. Long term side effects of the drugs become more and more important, from commonly seen to rare ones. Among the rare adverse effects, hepatotoxicity poses one of the highest priority.We present here an unusual case of hepatitis induced by Efavirenz.
