A poster (in French) entitled 'ALD deposition of Er and Eu-doped yttrium oxide thin films for quantum technologies' was presented by Marion Scarafagioi (CNRS-CP) during the 'Journées Nationales des Cristaux pour l'Optique 2017' workshop. The event took place in Paris from September 4 to 6, 2017.
