Zastosowanie próby Valsalvy w ocenie mechanizmów regulacyjnych układu sercowo-naczyniowego- studium przypadku The use of the Valsalva manoeuvre in the evaluation mechanisms regulation of cardiovascular system – study case Anna Maria Dobosiewicz1, Paulina Miętkowska1, Agnieszka Marszałek1, Sylwia Wendland1, Piotr Chyba1, Grzegorz Duda1, Szymon Kwiatkowski1 1Koło Naukowe przy Zakładzie Ergonomii i Fizjologii Wysiłku Fizycznego, Collegium Medicum UMK, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Polska / Scientific Circleat Department of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Ergonomics. Division of Ergonomics and Exercise Physiology, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz, Poland Streszczenie Próba Valsalvy jest jedną z metod oceniających czynność przywspółczulnego układu nerwowego, która polega na wykonaniu nasilonego wydechu przy zamkniętej głośni. Abstract Valsalva maneuver is one of the method, with which we can evaluate the parasympathetic nervous system. The person who is doing the maneuver need to conduct a maximal, forced expiration against a closed glottis. During the maneuver we can observe very important changes in the cardiovascular system. The changes can be separated into four phases. The cardiovascular system can be observed by using Task Force Monitor®. The aim of the work is to present a case study of a young man, 22-years old, who did the Valsalva maneuver. Valsalava maneuver can give interesting and valuable information about the organism of the person who is doing the maneuver. Słowa kluczowe: próba Valsalvy, zmiennie hemodynamiczne, autonomiczny układ nerwowy, układ sercowo-naczyniowy Keywords: Valsalva maneuver, hemodynamic changes, autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular system
