MB2017: Artificial spiking neural data with ground truth

Abstract

This dataset comprises simulated extracellular spiking neural signals, for which the activity of the active neurons is known. These data can thus be used to test spike sorting algorithms. This dataset has been generated for the study reported in: Bernert M, Yvert B (2018) An attention-based spiking neural network for unsupervised spike-sorting.
