Abstract

This presentation describes the major present and future computing and data challenges in the scientific research done at CERN in High Energy Physics and how the CERN openlab helps in addressing these challenges through collaboration with major industrial companies. This presentation was given at the International Supercomputing in Mexico 2014 (ISUM 2014) conference.
