Abstract

These are the raw data and MATLAB codes associated with each figure in the publication named "A dedicated hypothalamic oxytocin circuit controls aversive social learning". Each zipped folder contains MATLAB codes and raw data needed to regenerate the figure. Once open the code, the path needs to be changed to load the "path.mat" which is saved in the same folder. path.mat contains the paths to the files in the folder for the code to perform the analysis and generate the figure. Note that in the path.mat, the file path needs to be changed to where you save the files. The "related matlab code" needs to be added to the MATLAB path so that they can be called.
