The MESuSiE (Multiple Ancestry Sum of the Single Effect Model) software offers a comprehensive approach to multi-ancestry fine-mapping. It adeptly considers both shared and ancestry-specific causal variants across various ancestries. By properly addressing the diverse linkage disequilibrium (LD) patterns seen in different ancestries, it ensures accuracy. MESuSiE utilizes GWAS marginal summary statistics for input and is built upon the scalable variational inference algorithm of SuSiE, originally designed for ancestry-specific fine-mapping. This repository encompasses not just the MESuSiE software but also code for simulations and real data analyses, along with their results. MESuSiE is available at software, and the guideline is available at tutorial.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 52 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 1% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 1% |
