Abstract

Source data to the figures shown in "Transient septin sumoylation steers a Fir1-Skt5 protein complex between the split septin ring." to be published in The Journal of Cell Biology. The data set includes the original microscopy images shown in the publication and used as basis for quantitative fluorescence measurements. Further the original fluorescence measurements are included (as Microsoft Excel files) as well as the statistical evaluations (as GraphPad Prism files). Source data are organized according to the the respective Figure panel.
