CORRELAÇÃO ENTRE A FISIOTERAPIA NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR E A POSTURA DE ESTUDANTES: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Abstract

O presente tem como objetivo analisar a correlação entre a aplicação de procedimentos fisioterapêuticas no ambiente escolar e a postura dos estudantes. Para tal, utilizou-se a metodologia de revisão de literatura com caráter exploratório. A coleta de pesquisa foi por meio das bases de dados: BVS, LILACS e REDALYC. Ante ao exposto, conclui-se que a correlação entre a fisioterapia no ambiente escolar e a postura dos estudantes revela uma conexão significativa entre esses dois elementos. Através desta revisão de literatura, fica evidente que a intervenção da fisioterapia pode desempenhar um papel crucial na promoção de posturas saudáveis entre os estudantes, contribuindo para a prevenção de problemas posturais e suas consequências a longo prazo. As evidências destacam a importância da conscientização, educação e exercícios físicos direcionados, oferecidos pela fisioterapia, para melhorar a postura dos estudantes e, por consequência, influenciar positivamente sua saúde e bem-estar geral. Portanto, a incorporação da fisioterapia no ambiente escolar é uma abordagem promissora para cultivar hábitos posturais adequados desde a juventude, impactando positivamente a qualidade de vida futura dos estudantes.
