This is an R script suite designed to streamline the process of downloading, quality checking and curating data from GBIF (Global Biodiversity Information Facility). These scripts provides essential tools to simplify the process of working with biogeographic data, ensuring that your datasets are reliable and ready for advanced analysis. Key Features: Efficient Download: Obtain GBIF data quickly and efficiently with scripts optimized to handle large datasets. Automated Quality Checking: Identify and address potential issues in your data automatically, ensuring consistency and integrity. Intuitive Curation: Use built-in curation tools to clean and enhance your datasets, making them ready for further analysis.
