Enseñar de forma híbrida en la educación superior en Bolivia

Abstract

El artículo científico propuesto por el doctorando Jheyson Aguilar Hinojosa está motivado por la necesidad de comprender desde la práctica de los gestores educativos universitarios la factibilidad de un modelo académico híbrido en las Universidades Bolivianas. Aguilar vincula esta posibilidad con un tema fundamental como es la resiliencia institucional; es decir, la capacidad que han demostrado en su momento tener las Instituciones de Educación Superior para migrar a modalidades distintas a la establecida antes de las restricciones que impusiera el Covid-19, y los aprendizajes que han capitalizado las IES para que alguna de estas modalidades nuevas se quedara una vez los riesgos del virus pasaran. El artículo, a su vez, permite reflexionar sobre las ventajas y desventajas de un modelo híbrido en la educación superior en el contexto boliviano, considerando las políticas educativas del país, las propuestas de las universidades del sistema de la educación pública y de las privadas para enfrentar el futuro de la educación superior. El autor sustenta su artículo científico a partir de un método mixto con el que recoge datos suficientes para describir el escenario actual con énfasis en la formación posgradual, ello porque es este nivel de formación el que Aguilar investiga en su Tesis Doctoral; de ahí que el artículo científico permite aproximarse a parte de su problema, objeto y campo de investigación. Los resultados permiten reflexionar sobre la importancia de ser resilientes frente a adversidades y pensar en reconstruir la universidad considerando las oportunidades que trajo la pandemia como un escenario de innovación y actualización para todos los involucrados en el ámbito de la educación superior.
