Abstract

IIB – это IT-сеть, которая работает на узлах "профессионал" и "рабочая группа", сочетая их в самых разных формах взаимодействия. "Профессионал" – это набор свойств гибкого интеллекта и предметного знания: он имеет варианты для выбора партнёров. "Рабочая группа" – это композит потребностей в гибком интеллекте и предметном знании: она тоже имеет варианты для выбора профессионалов: для укрепления её автора или для заклеивания своих "узких мест". Это даёт динамику и размах IIB как сети в международном пространстве.
