Files/folders description: markers markers.yml Instructions for installation Create a conda environment by running ‘conda env create -f markers.yml’. Note: this can take a while (5-10mins). Activate the environment (‘conda activate markers’). Instructions for running the code on the provided data Open one of the scripts in the folder ‘markers/examples’, e.g. markers/examples/GM/woodblock_oct7/ GM_full_script.py, for example with Spyder. Change the paths for reading and saving data to the appropriate paths. Run the script cell by cell following instructions in the comments, or in full.
