Authors: Bossema;

Code for 3D tomography using only basic X-ray equipment and metal markers

Abstract

This code is made available as part of Bossema et al., 2024. It contains the code used for the results in Bossema et al. 2024. Files/folders description: markers markers.yml Instructions for installation Create a conda environment by running ‘conda env create -f markers.yml’. Note: this can take a while (5-10mins). Activate the environment (‘conda activate markers’). Instructions for running the code on the provided data Open one of the scripts in the folder ‘markers/examples’, e.g. markers/examples/GM/woodblock_oct7/ GM_full_script.py, for example with Spyder. Change the paths for reading and saving data to the appropriate paths. Run the script cell by cell following instructions in the comments, or in full.
