Datset and scripts for "Systematic occurrence cycle of typical RH-profiles during the MJO: evidence for ubiquitous pre-moistening"

Abstract

This repository contains data and scripts for the GRL paper: Systematic occurrence cycle of typical RH-profiles during the MJO: evidence for ubiquitous pre-moistening by Carsten Abraham, Colin Goldblatt, and Adrian Matthews. The data directory holds postprocessed data for the plots. The scripts directory holds the scripts to produce plots in the paper. The clustering and information about the raw data can be retrieved from https://journals.ametsoc.org/view/journals/atsc/79/9/JAS-D-21-0270.1.xml and https://journals.ametsoc.org/view/journals/atsc/aop/JAS-D-22-0119.1/JAS-D-22-0119.1.xml
