Abstract

Мамлакатимизда ёш авлод вакиларини ҳар томонлама қўллаб-қувватлаш, уларнинг зарур билим ва кўникмаларга эга бўлиши асносида ўз потенциалини тўлақонли рўёбга чиқаришга кўмаклашиш – бугунги кундаги долзарб масалалардан ҳисобланади. Бунда бошқарувга қобилиятли ёшларни аниқлаш, уларни давлат хизматига мақсадли тайёрлаш ва соҳада “talent management” тизимини самарали йўлга қўйиш - давр талабидир.
