Abstract

Das mit Mitteln des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (Förderkennzeichen: 16SV8394) geförderte Projekt PANDIA setzt sich mit mit der Aufbereitung von Datenschutzerklärungen in einer lesbaren und verständlichen Form auseinander. Durch visuell ansprechende und leicht verständliche Angaben über Kernfaktoren von Datenschutzerklärungen sollten Nutzende informiert Entscheidungen über das “Alle akzeptieren” in Cookie-Bannern treffen können. Das Poster, eingereicht und vorgestellt auf der Forum Privatheit am 06.10.2023, zeigt die aufgetretenen Probleme und mögliche Lösungsansätze für den (vorübergehenden) Umgang mit dem Transparenzdilemma der DSGVO.
