Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda bakterial suspenziyalarning ma’lum soatlar oralig’ida ozuqa muhitiga moslashishi va ko’payishi asos qilib olingan. Priestia megaterium va Pantoea agglomerans bakteriya shtammlarining 3 kunda bir xil vaktda 3 soat oraligʼida hujayra hosil qiluvchi birligi aniqlandi. Bakteriya shtammmlari kartoshka dekstrozali ozuqa muhitining uglevod manbai oʼzgartirilgan dekstroza oʼrniga melassadan foydalanilgan. Bakteriya shtammlari uchun kartoshka mellassali optimal ozuqa muhiti yaratilgan va ularning hujayra hosil qiluvchi birligi aniqlangan. 3-kunga kelib Priestia megaterium bakteriya shtammi 2.028 mlrd va Pantoea agglomerans bakteriya stammining 2.240 mlrd hujayra hoil qiluvchi birligi (HHB) aniqlandi.
