Analiza elektromiografskih promena zadržanog disanja metodama digitalne obrade signala

Abstract

Predmet istraživanja Predmet istraživanja je postavka, merenje i analiza relevantnih elektromiografskih signala kao odgovor glavnog respiracionog centra na zadržavanje daha. Glavni respiracioni centar se nalazi u produženoj moždini i kontroliše dubinu i učestanost disanja odašiljanjem električnih impulsa adekvatnim disajnim mišićnim strukturama. Sa progresijom zadržavanja daha ovaj broj impulsa biva sve veći što dovodi do povećane inervacije adekvatnih mišićnih grupa. Kao odgovor na pobuđenost od strane glavnog respiracionog centra izvesne grupe mišića obiluju električnim pražnjenjima. Glavna pretpostavka je da bi se ovi fenomeni mogli zabeležiti površinskom elektromiografijom. Priroda i analiza dobijenih digitalnih signala predstavljaju višestepen proces, a uzimaju u obzir veliki broj faktora od kojih su najvažniji neinvazivnost metode, brzina akvizicije i imunost na brojne artefakte
