This research was conducted at Seafood 2000 Medan Area District. Seafood 2000 is an MSME engaged in the culinary field with the concept of providing fresh seafood every day. Good business innovation and creativity is needed to overcome the increase in raw materials which is the impact of unexpected inflation. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Interviews were used as the main method of data collection in this study, and SOAR was used to analyze the results. Primary and secondary data form the type of data. findings from research using descriptive clues. The SR (Strength-Results) strategy from SOAR Matrix, where Seafood 2000 implements a strategy of maximizing Strengths and Results which has the highest score of 3.84
