Strength analysis of composite tubes: Experimental data and results of numerical simulations

Abstract

Predmet razmatranja u radu se odnosi na dimenzionisanje cevi od kompozitnih materijala. Primarna pažnja u radu se odnosi na validaciju metoda proračuna čvrstoće kompozitne cevi pod nadpritiskom primenom numeričkih simulacija na bazi Metode Konačnih Elemenata (MKE). Poređenjem vrednosti hidrauličkog pritiska prskanja mokronamotnih uzoraka cevi poliestarska smola / stakleno vlakno, dobijenih esperimentalnim putem, i osobine modela cevi tj. verdnosti pritiska pri kome se javlja inicijalni lom modela cevi, dobijenog proračunom na osnovu teorije čvrstoće ortotropnih višeslojnih kompozitnih materijala, konstatovano je dobro slaganje. Hidraulički pritisak trskanja mokronamotnih osobina modela cevi određen je korišćenjem alata specifične konstrukcije, a proračun osobina modela cevi je izvršen primenom metode konačnih elemenata, kriterijuma loma i eksperimentalno određenih mehaničkih karakteristika mokronamotnog kompozita poliesterska smola / stakleno vlakno. Uspešna verifikacija proračuna modela cevi pokazuje da navedena teorija čvrstoće može, sa dovoljnom pouzdanošću, da se primeni na mokronamotane elemente konstrukcije.
