CFD Load analysis and strength analysis of tail construction of tactical unmanned aerial vehicle made from composite materials

Abstract

Pažnja u radu je usmerena na CFD numeričku simulaciju opterećenja taktičke bespilotne letelice (TBL) s jedne i analizu čvrstoće njenih repnih površina s druge strane. Za precizno određivanje opterećenja repnih površina TBL korišćen je softverski paket FLUENT. Ispitivanje horizontalnog repa, oba vertikalna repa i repnih greda vršeno je istovremeno u ansamblu sa trupom. Dat je kratak prikaz rezultata ispitivanja čvrstoće strukture repnih površina (TBL) koja je projektovana u VTI. Struktura letelice je urađena dominantno od kompozitnih materijala. Primarna pažnja u radu je usmerena na esperimentalnu analizu statičke čvrstoće repnih površina kod bespilotne letelice. Tokom ispitivanja mereni su naponi i pomeranja za šta su bile korišćenje merne trake i senzori za merenje pomeranja. Ispitivanja su rađena do graničnog i lomnog opterećenja.
