АНТАГОНИСТИЧЕСКАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ МИКРООРГАНИЗМОВ РОДА SACCHAROMYCES В ОТНОШЕНИИ ВОЗБУДИТЕЛЯ БАКТЕРИАЛЬНОГО ОЖОГА ERWINIA AMYLOVORA

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты скрининга дрожжей рода Saccharomyces на антагонистическую активность против возбудителя бактериального ожога Erwinia amylovora. Из 12 исследованных штаммов дрожжей, 9 культур обладали ингибирующей активностью. К ним относятся: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) Апорт 199, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №24Д , Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №18, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) Сливовая 21, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) Мускат (68) 16, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) Рислинг №23, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №20, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) Урюк, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №19. Зоны подавления роста патогена у них составляли от 17 до 25 мм. Наибольшая антагонистическая активность была у штамма дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №20 на среде Сабуро и Чапека-Докса (25,66±2,08 и 20,33±0,57 мм соответственно), а самые низкие показатели проявила культура дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) 2 комплекс №24 Д на среде сусло-агар и на среде Чапека-Докса (8,33±0,57 - 9±1(соответственно). Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что исследованные дрожжевые культуры представляют интерес для дальнейшего изучения их как агентов биоконтроля возбудителя бактериального ожога E. аmylovorа.
