Некоторые Причины Неудач В Хирургическом Лечении Ятрогенных Повреждений Желчных Протоков

Abstract

Представлен анализ результатов хирургического лечения ятрогенных повреждений и стриктур желчных протоков у 71 пациента после лапароскопических и открытых холецистэктомий. Рассмотрены результаты восстановительных и реконструктивных операций, выполненные хирургами первичного звена 22 пациентам (35,5%). После реконструкций, проведенных в нашей клинике, хорошие и удовлетворительные результаты получены в 62 случаях (87,3%). Но трое пациентов скончалось и 6 – потребовалась повторная реконструктивная операция. Подробно рассмотрены причины этих неудач и допущенные ошибки. Подробно рассмотрены показания и методы дренирования анастомозов. Is presented the analysis of the results of surgical treatment of iatrogenic lesions and strictures of bile ducts in 71 patients after laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy. Are reviewed the results of reconstructive and reconstructive surgeries performed by primary care surgeons in 22 patients (35.5%). After reconstructions in our clinic, good and satisfactory results were obtained in 62 cases (87.3%). But three patients died and 6 – repeated reconstructive surgery was required. Are discussed in detail the reasons for these failures and the mistakes made. Are considered in detail the indications and methods of drainage of anastomoses.
