Abstract

Қурғоқчилик, шўрланиш ва чўлланиш кенг қамровга эга глобал муаммолар ҳисобланади. Қурғоқчилик барқарор қишлоқ хўжалигига эинларига жиддий ҳаф солувчи абиотик омилларидан бири бўлиб, ушу стресс натижасида тупроқнинг илдиз қатлами қуриб ўсимликларнинг сув билан таъминланиши издан чиқади. Мақолада Ўзбекистонинг қурғоқчил ҳудудларида ўсишга мослашган Kochia prostrata (L.) Schrat (изен) вегетатив органлари эндосферасидан ажратилган эндофит бактерияларнинг истиқболли штаммлар (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KoPr101, B. pumilus KoPr113, Priestia aryabhattai KoPr118, P. endophytica KoPr131, Pseudomonas putida KoPr129) нинг NaCl га чидамлилиги ва антифунгал фаоллигига оид тадқиқот натижалари баён этилган.
