CEGA is a software running on the Linux platform for detecting positive selection or balancing selection using multilocus or genomic polymorphism and divergence data from two species. The attached file also includes the user manual and the test data. Please see details in the article "CEGA: A method for inferring natural selection by comparative population genomic analysis across species." Main changes of CEGA v1.3 compared with CEGA v1.2: (1) CEGA v1.3 optimizes memory usage. (2) CEGA v1.3 eliminates the use of Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX), making it applicable on Linux platforms that do not support AVX.
