В работе приведены основные результаты исследования деятельности наиболее известных юридических стартапов, разрабатывающих и внедряющих новационные и инновационные технологии, в том числе ИИ-технологии, направленные на автоматизацию деятельности органов правосудия и юрфирм; внесены предложения по совершенствованию правового обеспечения в данной сфере, направленные на защиту граждан и юрлиц. The paper presents the main results of a study of the activities of the most famous legal startups that develop and implement innovative and innovative technologies, including AI technologies aimed at automating the activities of justice bodies and law firms; proposals are made to improve legal support in this area aimed at protecting citizens and legal entities.
