Automatizacija vakuum peći za termičku obradu metala

Abstract

U radu je predstavljena revitalizacija vakuum pedi za termičku obradu metala koja je obuhvatala projektovanje i implementaciju sistema upravljanja na bazi programabilnog logičkog kontrolera i zamenu dotrajalog vakuumskog sistema pedi. Cilj revitalizacije vakuum pedi je postizanje zahtevanih režima termičke obrade i pouzdanog funkcionisanja pedi. Primenom savremenog nadzorno-upravljačkog sistema obezbeđeno je optimalno upravljanje tehnološkim procesom. Nadzorno-upravljački sistem eliminiše neželjene promene ili ih ograničava u dozvoljenim granicama saglasno tehnologiji. Omogudena je vizuelizacija svih tehničko-tehnoloških objekata putem intuitivnih ekrana na operator panelu. Određeni objekti vakuum pedi predstavljeni su odgovarajudim simbolima, koji menjaju boju u zavisnosti od statusa. Simbolima su pridruženi karakteristični parametri i veličine čije se tekude vrednosti prate grafički i/ili u numeričkim poljima. Regulacija temperature u grejnoj komori vrši se korišdenjem programskog PI regulatora integrisanog u PLC kontroler. Primenom opisanog upravljanja postiže se optimizacija potrošnje energije, odgovarajudi kvalitet termičke obrade, uz zadovoljenje zahteva koji se odnose na sigurnost i pouzdanost procesa u radu i usklađenost sa IEC standardima.
