Состояние Иммуно-Метаболического Статуса У Больных Бронхиальной Астмой С Ожирением При Воздействии Транскраниальной Электростимуляции

Abstract

Цель исследования: изучить влияние транскраниальной электростимуляции на состояние цитокинового статуса, секрецию адипокинов и показатели системы ПОЛ-АОЗ при комплексном санаторно-курортном лечении больных БА с ожирением. Обследовано 38 пациентов с БА легкой степени тяжести контролируемого и частично-контролируемого течения, имеющих ожирение 1 - 2 степени. Проведена оценка клинико-функциональных параметров, содержания цитокинов: ИЛ-2, ИЛ-4, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-10, ФНО-ɑ, адипокинов − лептин, адипонектин, показателей про- антиоксидантной системы крови при поступлении и после курса лечения. Результаты: установлено снижение провоспалительных фракций цитокинов и стабилизация цитокинового баланса, уменьшение гормональной активности жировой ткани и восстановление оптимального соотношения адипокинов, уменьшение интенсивности процессов липопероксидации и снижение коэффициента МДА/АОА, уменьшение окружности талии и снижение массы тела, улучшение показателей функции внешнего дыхания и достижение контроля БА. Выявленные механизмы действия позволяют рассматривать ТЭС-терапию как метод системного патогенетического воздействия при БА ассоциированной с ожирением. The aim to study: the influence of the method of transcranial electrostimulation on the condition of cytokine status and the secretion of adipokines and indices of the LPO-AOD system in complex Spa treatment of patients with asthma with obesity. Materials and methods: we examined 38 patients with BA mild severity of controlled and partly-controlled flow having obesity 1 - 2 degrees. Evaluation of clinical parameters, cytokine levels: IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-ɑ, adipokines − leptin, adiponectin, indicators of Pro - antioxidant system of blood at admission and after treatment. Results and discussion: the advantage of the method of TES, which is confirmed by clinical observations, to improve rezultatov clinical and functional examination, reduction of proinflammatory cytokines fractions, stabilization of cytokine balance, decreasing hormonal activity of adipose tissue with an optimal ratio of adipokines; a decrease in the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes and decrease of the ratio MDA/AOA. Thus, the identified mechanisms of action allow to consider TES-therapy as a method of systemic pathogenic effects in asthma associated with obesity.
