Влияние Экстракта Морского Ежа На Иммунный Статус При Бронхолегочной Патологии

Abstract

Для оценки влияния экстракта морского ежа на состояние иммунного статуса при бронхолегочной патологии было проведено контролируемое исследование с участием 20 человек. В группу наблюдения вошли 12 человек с бронхиальной астмой и хронической обструктивной болезнью легких в стадии ремиссии. Пациентам этой группы на фоне базисной терапии хронических заболеваний легких назначали в течение 20 дней биологически активную добавку «Экстракт морского ежа». В группу сравнения вошли лица, не имеющие заболеваний бронхолегочной системы и нарушений в иммунном статусе. Состояние иммунного состава оценивали по параметрам клеточного и гуморального иммунитета, динамики фагоцитоза в плазме крови. После приема препарата, содержащего экстракт морского ежа, отмечалось корригирующее влияние на показатели активности клеток моноцитарно-макрофагального звена. Отмечалось значимое увеличении поглотительной способности фагоцитов и активация метаболизма фагоцитирующих клеток, на стадии внутриклеточного киллинга. Таким образом, опыт применения «Экстракта морского ежа», содержащего эхинохрома А, у пациентов с бронхолегочной патологией свидетельствуют об его корригирующем влиянии на показатели активности клеток моноцитарно-макрофагального звена на 20 день приема препарата и целесообразности проведения дальнейших исследований эффективности эхинохрома А при респираторной и аллергологической патологиях. To assess the effect of sea urchin extract on immune status, a controlled study was conducted. The observation group included 12 people with bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission. Patients of this group, on the background of basic therapy of chronic lung diseases, were given a biologically active supplement "Sea urchin extract" for 20 days. The comparison group included individuals who did not have bronchopulmonary system diseases and immune status disorders. The state of immune status was assessed by the parameters of cellular and humoral immunity, dynamics of phagocytosis in blood plasma. After taking the drug containing the sea urchin extract, there was a corrective effect on the activity of the cells of the monocyte-macrophage link. There was a significant increase in the absorption capacity of phagocytes and activation of the metabolism of phagocytic cells at the stage of intracellular killing. Thus, the experience of the application of the "Sea Hedgehog Extract" containing echinochrome A in patients with bronchopulmonary pathology testifies to its corrective effect on the activity of the cells of the monocyte-macrophage link on the 20th day of administration of the drug and the expediency of further studies of the efficacy of echinochrome A for respiratory and allergic pathologies.
