Профилактика Стессовых Нарушений Здоровья Студентов Функциональным Пищевым Продуктом, Состоящим Из Пюре Тыквы И Морской Зеленой Водоросли Ulva Lactuca

Abstract

Изучено влияние функционального пищевого продукта, являющегося композицией из экстракта морской зеленой водоросли Ulva lactuca и тыквенного пюре, на состояние антиоксидантной системы организма студентов в период учебной нагрузки. В исследовании участвовали 11 человек (здоровые юноши и девушки) в возрасте 18-20 лет. После биохимического исследования крови им было предложено ежедневно утром принимать по 100 мл функционального пищевого продукта. Контрольной группой сравнения были здоровые доноры (10 человек) сопоставимого возраста. В крови студентов, исследованной до приема композиции, отмечалось снижение уровня восстановленного глутатиона и нарушение активности ферментного звена антиоксидантной защиты (супероксиддисмутаза, глутатионпероксидаза, глутатионредуктаза). Также отмечалось снижение уровня антирадикальной активности крови, что является подтверждением повышенной генерации свободных радикалов. Увеличение концентрации малонового диальдегида в крови определяет активацию процессов перекисного окисления липидов, что обусловило повышение проницаемости мембран эритроцитов, в результате чего снизилась их осмотическая устойчивость к гемолизирующему агенту. Профилактический прием функционального пищевого продукта в течение 1,5 мес сопровождался нормализацией антиоксидантной защиты организма, снижением оксидативных процессов, а также сохранением проницаемости клеточных мембран. It was studied the influence of the functional food product, representing the composition of the extract of the green seaweed Ulva lactuca and pumpkin puree on to the antioxidant system condition at students within a period of academic load. Eleven subjects (health young boys and girls) of 18-20 years old participated in this survey. After biochemical examination of the blood samples they were proposed to consume daily in the morning 100 ml of the functional food product. The control group consists of health donors (10 subjects) of compatible age. In blood samples of students examined before administration of the functional food formula it was noted the decreasing of the reduced glutathione level and disorder of the activity for enzyme chain of the antioxidant defense system (superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase). As well as was found the educing of the antiradical activity in blood, which confirms the increasing of free radical generation. Growth of valone dialdehyde contents in blood means the activation of lipids peroxidation processes. This cause the increasing of erythrocytes membranes permeability and reduction of it’s osmotic resistance towards the hemolytic agent. Preventive administration of the functional food product during 1,5 months resulted in normalization of the antioxidant defense system indexes, reducing of oxidative processes and preservation of the cellular membranes permeability.
